Lovely, welcoming and clean. The entertainment lady is fab, there is a weekly plan of things to do including crafts, cooking, music, movie nights and as the residents can't go shopping the shopping comes to them, as in rails full of new clothes for them to choose and try on. My Gran is so happy there.
